Teams must be created before registering.
Registration Information
- Keiki Klub BYOT : Bring Your Own Team
- Teams need to be created before registering to expedite the registration process.
- Players will register online, individually.
- List the team name and teammates’ first and last names in registration so players can be linked.
- Team will secure a spot when ALL player registrations have been received and the team fee is paid.
- Please designate one team representative, as the team rep will be responsible for paying the team fee.
- Open to experienced players. No beginners.
- OPTIONAL (middle school division): One team rep is allowed on the bench. Team reps can consist of a coach, parent or family member. Team reps are not required.
- Team Fee of $750
- Same fee regardless of number of rostered players (5 players minimum; 7 players max)
- Teams are allowed to play with no fewer than 3 players to avoid a forfeit if substitute players cannot be found.
- Substitutes
- In the event of planned vacations/unexpected illness, teams are allowed to have non-rostered substitute player(s). If a team cannot find a substitute, teams are allowed to play with no less than 3 players to avoid a forfeit.
- All substitute players must have an online waiver completed prior competing
- A one-time fee of $25 (insurance coverage) substitute fee must be paid when submitting the online waiver.
- Subs may not compete during playoffs and can only compete for a team for no more than three days.
- In the event of planned vacations/unexpected illness, teams are allowed to have non-rostered substitute player(s). If a team cannot find a substitute, teams are allowed to play with no less than 3 players to avoid a forfeit.
- Registration Deadline: Nov 1 (extended from 10/29)
- Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Middle School Division: 6 teams minimum/9 teams maximum
- High School Division: 8 teams minimum/11 teams maximum
- Refund deadline: Oct. 30
- There will be a $30 administrative fee per player that will be deducted from your full refund. Refund requests must be made via email to info@keikiklub.com. Refund requests made after October 30 will be 50% ($375).
- Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Nov. 9 – Dec 14 (Sundays) 5:30-9:30pm
- High School Division
- Glen Mills School – 185 Glen Mills Rd, Glen Mills PA
- Nov 7 – Dec 12 (Fridays) 6-9pm
SCHEDULE
Round Robin Competition
- No games on Nov. 28 & 30 – Thanksgiving Break
- The schedule will be released by Nov 4th.
- Teams will play up to 2-3 matches a day.
- We aim to schedule back-to-back matches so teams don’t have to stay at the gym for 3-4 hours straight.
